💳 Shipping costs & customs
In most cases, the shipping cost, customs duties, and cargo insurance are paid by the sender.
For this reason, all logistics-related expenses are fully included in the main invoice for the boat cover.
This approach ensures a clear final price for the client — with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
📍 Self pick-up option
Self pick-up of a custom-made boat cover or yacht cover is available from our main office in Bulgaria 🇧🇬 or from one of our EU branches, by prior arrangement.
🚐 Personal handover (by agreement)
If the client’s location is along the route of our technicians traveling to other project sites, a personal handover of the boat cover may be arranged in advance —
either directly at the client’s address or at the nearest convenient meeting point.
🛠 On-site installation service
If professional installation of the boat cover on the client’s vessel is required, this option is included in the preliminary technical specification (order brief).
In such cases, our technicians travel to the client’s location to perform on-site installation, ensuring a precise fit, correct tension, and proper fastening according to the vessel’s geometry.
