Marine Canvas Careers in Europe, Turkey and Georgia
As part of launching new marine canvas and boat cover projects across Europe, Turkey and Georgia, our team is considering the creation of small mobile branches specializing in custom covers for boats, yachts, catamarans, pontoons, and other types of watercraft.
We are open to cooperation with experienced marine canvas professionals, boat cover makers, marine upholstery specialists, and textile experts interested in developing within the field of custom marine textile manufacturing.
What We Are Looking For
— experience in manufacturing various types of marine canvas products and boat covers, including:
mooring covers, transport / trailering covers, cockpit enclosures, bimini tops, sprayhood systems, boom overalls, backdrops, and other yacht textile solutions;
— experience in marine sewing, marine upholstery, or custom textile fabrication for the boating industry;
— attention to detail, responsibility, and interest in long-term cooperation;
— willingness to grow together with our team as our marine canvas projects expand across Europe, Turkey and Georgia.
Cooperation Format
At the initial stage, we are open to both full-time and part-time cooperation formats.
We understand that some specialists may prefer to combine cooperation with us alongside their current professional activity — this format is also welcome.
In each EU country, as well as in Turkey and Georgia, we are gradually planning to form small mobile teams consisting of 2–3 marine sewing specialists or boat cover fabricators.
If a professional is ready to cover not only their own country, but also neighboring regions for marine cover projects and yacht upholstery work, we are open to discussing individual cooperation terms, operational areas, and organizational details depending on each specialist’s capabilities and preferences.
Compensation
At the moment, the payment format is project-based and depends on each completed order.
At the same time, due to the intensive work of our advertising, SEO, and digital marketing department, we expect a steady increase in marine canvas and yacht cover orders across different European regions, Turkey and Georgia.
As the workflow grows, we are also open to discussing a combined compensation format: fixed salary + percentage from completed orders.
