We work with a wide range of marine-grade fittings, stainless-steel fastening systems, zippers, frame connectors, straps, removable sections, transparent enclosure panels, and various cockpit frame configurations depending on vessel geometry and customer preferences ⚓

⏱ Production time:
Approximately 15–20 working days excluding travel time to the vessel location. Final timing depends on distance to the marina, complexity of the cockpit frame geometry, amount and type of installed hardware, production workload, and additional technical requests.

This project was developed as a boat and yacht cockpit enclosure with panoramic transparent windows designed to improve comfort during navigation in windy coastal conditions and changing weather environments.

The transparent Achilles® sections help maintain wide visibility during navigation while protecting the cockpit zone from airflow, spray, and sudden weather changes 🌬️

🚤 Built for marina traffic and coastal routes

The Selena Sport 470 bowrider configuration works especially well as a transparent cockpit weather shield for open deck boats along riviera routes where frequent transitions between sunny and windy conditions require flexible cockpit protection.

The breathable Sunbrella® acrylic fabric maintains stable tension on the cockpit frame while minimizing overheating during summer marina operation.

☀️ Premium acrylic protection for southern climates

This project also functions as a waterproof acrylic backdrop cover for luxury motorboats in mediterranean coastal resorts thanks to the combination of marine acrylic fabric and high-clarity transparent PVC inserts.

The material combination provides both visual aesthetics and functional weather protection during active seasonal navigation.

⚓ Navigation comfort during active boating season

The construction was engineered as an acrylic navigation canopy for sport cruisers in summer marina traffic with emphasis on visibility, aerodynamics, and reliable frame tension.

For customers preferring more open cockpit airflow, we also manufacture partial cockpit running cover for cabin cruisers with open aft section configurations with removable or modular rear enclosure solutions.

We manufacture running covers with on-site visits and professional measurements performed directly at the vessel location 🚚

For mooring covers, transport covers, and Bimini tops, remote manufacturing is also available based on:

  • customer measurements using our diagrams and templates
  • old covers shipped to our production workshop
  • international logistics via MEEST, DHL, FedEx, Nova Global, UPS, TNT, DPD, and other delivery services

Fuel expenses for on-site visits are calculated separately in both directions.

For transport and mooring covers, we additionally use various ventilation valve systems helping reduce condensation accumulation and lower wind pressure during highway transportation 🌬️

    All over EU. Whether a payment is required for the specialists’ visit to measure the boat at its parking location, depends on the distance and the cost of the boat cover itself. Negotiated individually

  • Canopy fasteners

    Durable stainless steel yacht snaps in different variations. The choice of one or another fitting depends on the factors listed in the <Marine fabric type> section

  • Canopy production time

    is approximately 14-30 days depending on the distance to the boat location, the size of the boat, the geometric complexity of the cockpit frame and the current workload of the LAGOON studio
